Been working on my Baby
I'm just about finished up with the suspension and brake upgrades and wanted to let you all check em out. The caliper painting went really well although it took longer than expected (about 2 hours total) but I wanted to do it right so oh well.
On to the pics!
Thurned out pretty good I think!

Really though it isn't too heavy, the box is fiberglass not wood, Looking at 90-100 lbs for everything. Not too bad.

Jeez, you're quoting root mean square peak power???
As a home stereo hi-fi fanatic myself (not into home theater or mobile electronics stuff), RMS power is a useless number, and is strictly used by electronics makers for selling their junk to the uninitiated...

Never fear, it sounds really really good, not just some boom factory, it's dolby digital and DTS ready. It sounds better than most high end home systems due to the space i'm working in.
Do some research so you'll know what your talking about before you post. As for SPL I have no idea, prolly around 140. It's not built for SPL, it's built for quality. Front's are $500.00 infinity perfects enclosed in a custom made fiberglass door panel for optimum placement. I've never done anything like what I have done to this car. This is my dream car and I'm doing it right so don't knock it till you sit in it. It would open your eyes to the term high-fi.
BTW my center channel speakers are mounted inside the rear view mirror facing the windshield, the rebound off the glass gives a nice center effect.

I've also installed some sort of brace between the frame rails just under the clutch. didn't get a pic of it but I just told the guy I wanted my FC to handle like rails so thats what he sent me. It was Rocky at RP in Garland who set me up.
