Anyone running 18x9 all the way around with +40 mm offset?

and not rub?

I am contemplating these wheels but 18x9 with a 40mm offset seems like it would rub the front fender.

I know that the recommended size for the front is 18x8.5 with +43 offset. Just looking for anyone with like experiences.

Thanks in advance.

Why don't you two post what your suspension setups are? Saying you don't rub means nothing since we don't have any background information.

18x8 +40 w/235/40-18

This guy rubs, so I'm assuming you two are running coilovers?

With my old setup, my front fenders got chewed up like CRAZY:
18x8.5 in the front
235/40/18 tires
Eibach springs/tokico shocks (~ 1 yr old at the time)
+40 offset

I bought them used, so there's only so much selection
Of course, the seller insisted "no, no rubbing at all whatsoever".
The worst part is the sound it makes. Everyone around me would stop and see wtf happened....

Thanks guys.

I am a suspension ********. So my only guess of why using coilovers wouldn't rub is because you can adjust the height right? or am I missing something here?

Correct, and coilovers typically have stiffer spring rates.
