Well I'm tring to install the bar but it looks like I need to cut off a inch just so the bar to clear the coilover. Has any one ran into the same problem on their FD?

Maybe I got the wrong sway bar, do the FC and the FD rear sway bar look alike?

Take some pics. My RB rear bar rubs on my coilovers on one side. They did make it longer for some dumb @ss reason. I am unable to use the outer adjustment hole.

Yeah I gave up on it. Yeah both ends rubbed the lower mounts of the tein shock so I figured it only works on stack cars. I figured I'll just have to cut some off.

did this ever get resolved? im having the same problem with my racing beat rear sway and the tein flex i have. im installing both today and they dont seem to work together. on the driver side they hit the coilovers, and with the bar bolted down i cant get the end link to engage. is there supposed to be some preload or is everything just supposed to slide in?

I understand the RB rear bar was indeed too long for some suspension setups. I have Eibach front and rear bars and don't have that problem. I think Tanabe has a set of bars that might fit better and there is always the ST bars from Mazda Comp.
