Alignment? Too much camber

So I can't get my driver front to get in spec. The camber is too negative and ran out of adjustments. If something is bent, what would be the culprit? Or is there a way to "reset" the adjustment or something?

lower control arm could be out of wack.....can you align it properly?

i'd honestly take it to a frame straightener just to make sure nothing is bent

oops? Its the driver front. It's possible something is bent since the previous owner did say they ran over something. I didn't know what to expect what was bent or if the alignment guy just didn't know how to use this system. Its around -2.7 . The other 3 corners all get within spec

It could be a bent shock. I had an FC that had lots of positive camber on the front drivers side corner a few years ago. I didnt see any bent arms or anything out of the ordinary when I checked it out. I even went as far as going to a shop that does a lot of frame work and they said I had a bent frame. I told a co-worker about my problem and he told me to take it to his buddies shop to fix it. It turned out to be a bent shock which was an easy/cheap fix. Its worth looking into if everything else looks normal.

as the FD is lowered the wheel goes into negative camber. post a measurement from the ground to the top of your outer wheel well lip. it needs to be 25 or more inches.

as to bent shock. yes on an FC as the shock determines the suspension arc (strut). the FD shock has nothing to do w the camber or suspension arc.

I'll get the measurement today when I get back from work. If somethings bent, I want to replace it quickly while I have all the parts (extra shell :P)

well, got aligned again... Now they say the driver side has a little too much negative camber...but also that the caster isn't adjustable...

I don't think these guys know how to adjust the alignment on this car

I had a bent spindle after a discussion was lost with a berm. No way to fix it until you replace the spindle. It is easier than you think....if that is the issue.
