Question alignment problem

I brought my FD to be aligned after installing eibach springs, koni yellows, rear trailing arms, and toe links. The car has a hinson front subframe. The shop was unable to get the car anywhere near a decent alignment. Several of the front cam bolts (front lower) would not alter the alignment when rotated. They tried to even things off as much as possible, but ended up still off and with a ton (-3.5 deg) of front camber. The rear toe is my fault- I didnt leave enough room for them to adjust the toe to where it needs to be. i'm going to have to pull the toe links and adjust the outboard end to allow more movement on the inboard end. Does anyone have ideas of what to check and what could be causing things to be so far off?

I'm wondering if the control arm bushings (seemed ok but a bit soft when i did the suspension) are deflecting enough to negate any changes in the cam bolts. i'm also going to pull the cam bolts and see if they are worn (which i doubt). any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

I'm wondering why it was worse after they adjusted it? The rear camber and front toe were all that improved. Your rear toe and front camber got worse. Your caster is way off. Is the subframe the problem? When you check the cams look at the slot they are in to see if they are damaged and make sure everything moves when the bolts are out. I just did an alignment on an Evo IX and we had to get new cam bolts, nuts and washers for the rear and pop the arms out to get the rust out of the slot.(damn midwest winters)

Turns out the plates on the nut side of the arm were stripped. The bolt head side was moving correctly but not the other side. New bolts, plates, and nuts were ordered and the wrong ones arrived. I'm still waiting on the replacements.
