#1. you left out what car you're putting them on. that usually helps. i'll assume it's a FC?

size isn't rare at all... you just need to learn how to read sizes and determine what fits based on other people's experience. use google and search for "wheel offset calculator" if you don't feel like doing the math in your head.

yes 17x8 30mm is great on an FC.
i had 235/40/17 on front with mustang GT wheels (same size/offset as above) and they cleared my tokicos.
i now have 255's, but thats with tein flex's so im not sure how the clearance would be on the tokicos.

damn i forgot its an FD!!!...I KNOW IS AN LOW OFFSET BUT AT THE SAME TIME ITS ONLY AN 17X8....thnaks for the help so far anybody else

i used the calculator and it said i will gain 20mmon outter edge of rim...i dont think thats too bad givin there is more room left from stock rim but any suggestions?

20mm is just under an inch- so look at your car with stock wheels. if the tires were to move out an inch, would they interfere with the fender? you should be able to tell by looking at it.
