yo can tune it by yourself man, its easy you just need a wideband and thats it, tuning a safc is not hard at all, just run the wideband at 10.8 and the highest 11.0. im running 11.2 and i did 220 whp, i tuned it in 5 passes on the dyno.

if you go to your local dyno they should have one, i also didn't have one but the dyno have one. and my mods are just some bolt-ons, safcII, walbro 255fp, rb turbo back, turbosmart bov, running 11 psi and thats it. if i run the wideband to 10.8 i think i can do 222-225 whp. the tuning is whats going to help you there.

do you have a boost controller??? if you havent put the exhaust yet, when you mount it your psi are gonna raise, mine went from 8 to 11 psi. you should be in the 220 hp easily, i did it with stock intake and stock injectors. the problem your gonna have is the same as everybody else, your psi are gonna be like 10 psi but when you passed 6000 rpms or so theyre gonna drop. thats what happen to me and im figuring out how to keep the psi at 11 without dropping. a member told me a boost controller might help that, so im gonna try it. but if you tune right your safc you're on the 220-225 hp easily.

right now i have 220whp. you have your intake and exhaust and only 5 psi, they'res something wrong there bro, whit my stock exhaust i had 7 psi. that ssautochrome exhaust should give you like 4-5 more psi. theyres something strange there.

When you throw that intake and exhaust on your going to see that boost rise. The controller wont really help that it will only be able to rise the psi pressure not lower it. your going to have to port your waistgate to clear that problem.

Check for loose vacuum lines, intercooler couplers, etc. Assuming your turbo system is similar to the FDs, check your wastegate actuator rod to make sure it's not screwed up. On my dad's FD he was having serious (low) boost problems, and when I crawled under the car I saw the problem immediately--the e-clip for his wg actuator had come off and the arm had become dislodged from the wg, and had jammed it in the 'open' position.
