SAFC-II help in S4 TII.

I have a '87 TII with a Walbro 255lph, Aeromotive FPR, RC1000cc & Denso 700cc injectors. I just got done doing a large turbo upgrade and am having difficulties with my SAFC-II. I bought it brand new. I'm not very good with these things. I just need a setting where my car is drivable until I can get a wideband in it and tune it. I drove it around a little but it falls on its face at 4k rpm and backfires like a ****. Does anyone have some setup instructions for rotaries like when your setting up the flap type and all?

Thanks,
Anthony

If you set the correction to 0% across the board, it shouldn't be making any modifications.

A little better but still having problems. I'm wiring in a fuel cut switch, welding in an extra O2 bung for a wideband, and getting it tuned on a dyno by some professionals next week. It is drivable though.

As far as I know it is not ported. I did get it running half way right but it still smoked like crazy. I took off one of my intercooler pipes and it was dripping with motor oil. Even the BOV was spraying it everywhere. My turbo is gone and I'm insearch of one to replace it.

Get a catch can, and you won't have any more oil in your pipes... Oh btw what are your settings at now?

The turbo was gone. Its got a a new GT4082 on it now and I sold the SAFC to a buddy for his S5 NA. I also have a megasquirt V3 but am about to start parting the engine, turbo, and fuel components out, because I'm probably going 13B-RE or 20B. I got kinda scared trying to make 350-400whp with a SAFC and my 130k mile 13BT is getting tired. I never really got any good settings with the SAFC. I never got the chance to try and tune it.

BTW: I have one of those Nomuken stickers on my hatch too.
