I can not provide numbers (hp) yet on my kit but I can say you will be very happy with the quality. Sean does very nice work.

Effifiency can be effected by many things but the general area would be 71-72% eff.

oil drain line.

Sean, I went over it tonight again and I can not see any possible way unless I was to use the old oil extension to make it work. It is just too short. No matter how he center section is aligned it comes up 1-2 inches too short and that is bending the hose pretty good. I think it needs to be 2 inches longer and have a 9o degree fitting ti make the turn. You can see the fitting that I put together to try and make it work. It worked just leaked.

you see by the first pic the fitting is located close to even with the exhaust inlet. You see by pic 2 that I come 2-3 inches short of the manifold/ turbo mounting point. This is also pulling it too tight and having it touch the front runner. I need a 12-14 inch drain line.

Ok, the new DP fit perfect. Much differant then the first one sent. The oil return line was too short so i bought a 90 degree fitting and a -10 female to female connector and that fixed it. So I am good now. Dyno numbers soon!

Mike, I am in the process of getting new oil return fittings made out of aluminum once I do I will send you set to try out. They will be pretty nice units that are all aluminum and have -10 male ends.

Rich, I am 100% sure I will take it to the gap next year! You going to make the trip back down again?

Sean, Are you sure the spring in the Tial wastegate was .9 bar? I have not been able to run below 16.5 psi yet. Wastegate is hooked up correctly and boost control turned off and still 1.14bars at 5300rpm.

The chances of it not being .9 bar are slim if you want to confirm it, it will be a large blue spring. A boost reading can be effected by where you source it. We tried on one car here as a test to see the difference, and on three different sources off the UIM we got three different readings at the same time, on the same run, showing a 3psi variance. Gauge, boost controller, and Map/ECU all read different.

Sean, I ran it today with top of gate going to manifold and side of gate vented. I made many pulls today and kept seeing peaks around 1.18-1.20. So 17.psi. Do they make a 17.5 psi spring?

You sure that's not backwards? Top of gate being the one that faces the rear bumper, side of gate facing either fender of the car...

Brian, My gate faces down. So when I say top I mean the very top of the gate (faces down on my set up). Is this wrong?

You need to run manifold pressure to the sideport on the gate, this port is on the valve side of the diaphragm. The top port (spring side) is used for when you put the boost controller on. It is irrelevant to WG orientation. The side port on the gate is the side port on the gate. Just run that first see where your at. It is a 13lb spring, it might see 16lbs as some have and some have not. If it winds up giving you more of a lower boost setting than you want then I can get a lower spring sent out. Anywhere from 2.9lbs on up.

ok, side port to UIM, top vented and 1.20 bars max. So it must be a 17.5 spring?
