New turbo GT4094R

No chances are it is not. I only order them with .9bar springs unless otherwise specified. Are you looking to run less boost than that? If so take the spring out the gate(clamp down the gate first as it will pop open) I will send you another spring.

ran the gate of the boost sensor and still got 1.2 bars. Pulled the spring and its the large blue .9 bar one?? Not sure whats up at this point but look at the single turbo section and i posted a log showing boost and see what you think. I am also wondering if it is in deed pulling the .9 bars but map sensor is set up wrong?

My guess is if your reading 18lbs the only thing that could effect that would be where the map is reading from. You can try moving it around if you think it is off, but it may just be that you need a lighter spring. I have had another car that for some reason had this same issue. We could never resolve why and just put a lighter spring in it and it worked fine. Let me know what you want to do.

Sean you mentioned a page back you were going to send me updated lines in replacement for the origianl that was too short. I had to go buy some other fittings to try and make it work.... Are those ready yet? I am having some oil leakage now. Also did you ever send me the smaller gate spring? Mike

Well I understand if its a problem. I am not trying to be an ***. But I am really just waiting on the spring to get on the dyno.. I hate to base my street tune on 17-18psi on pump. I prefer to start at a lower psi. So just let me know how long we are looking. With the 100+ degrees weather here I do not plan on anything happening this week..

Yeah, I feel the same. Not 100% sure why this is. I expected a huge gain over my old 40r short runner kit. 18psi made 408 and 22psi made 449 and 26 made 512. On the short runner mani with smaller comp wheel I made 439 at 22psi. So not much of a gain. More work in progress. So maybe the numbers will change.

You really need to take your vacuum source off your compressor cover as it will allow the gate to respond much quicker. Chances are it will solve you problem. We have seen it solve many situations similar to yours.
