Blue Mazda Cosmo (of the 3 rotor kind) spotted parked in some apartment complex in Arlington. Has JDM visors and old school OZ racing wheels. Anyone own it, or know who owns it?

I have personally been inside a Cosmo (3 rotor) in Dallas at this guys shop, i could not tell you the name anymore, but it was a running complete car.

It looks alot like the same one, but who knows
