I'll have at least one car available for rent, full arrive-and-drive all you need to worry about is the school, if anybody's interested.

I've got one as well Chris, we could add it to your stable for the weekend. The ITA car. Current log book.

Price for this event would be around $8 or 900. If I can rent both cars (and therefore spread the tow cost across two rentals) it would go down to the neighborhood of $700. That doesn't include the entry fee, but does include gas, tires, etc.

For those that have heard a lower quote from me previously, it is because this is a "super school", which will put at least 6 hours on the equipment. A regular school would only put 3 hours on it, 4 with a regional race the next day.

Bump.......FWIW this is the first time that I know of that SCCA has put on a super school like this. This is a great opportunity to get your competition license in one weekend. You still have time to get a Novice Permit and make it happen.

Other divisions have done something similar, but never in the SWDiv at least in the last 2 decades.

Response for this event seems to be really good. I've gotten calls from Mississippi and Tennesee, and have probably taken 5 or 6 calls from people interested in renting. Unfortunately most have fallen through...

$1400, eh?

I need to stop drinking so much- I could save a TON of dough and actually afford racing.
