I really would like to talk about Seven Stock at the meet, see who is trying to go, caravan times.

 

In for next Tuesday but can we do Freebirds or Hooters?

A few of you have messaged me about redoing the meeting on Tuesday.

I've got no problem with that, however just as a warning there is a reasonable chance of rain again.

I have only seen a couple of people express interest. It was pouring on the SW-side about a hour ago and radar shows the rain moving this way. Personally, I think I'm staying home.

NWS reports the following:

This Afternoon: Showers and thunderstorms likely. Some of the storms could produce heavy rain. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 89. South wind around 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%.

Well since Chuck was rolling in all the way from Freeport and 7dust from Alvin I felt obligated to make the short drive from home. We ended up with about 10 people and a oddly disproportionate amount of FD's at this meeting.

Was good seeing those who showed up, we still might try to get together toward the end of the month (on a weekend) but the next regular meeting will be on September 2nd @ Freebird's. (details to be posted soon).
