yup, gonna be there. I'll be on the top floor, right by the maid cafe. thing is...i DO have an HOA. And they've sent me plenty of letters. They started sending them certified so I stopped signing for them.... I argue with them all the time cause it says I can wash my car, do oil changes, etc. in the contract. It helps that I drive it everyday i think? WHo knows, I'm pretty sure they fined me again but oh well....if they'd rather me paint a huge green ***** on the side of my fd, then I can do that...
