That car needs a bigger sway bar- he was leaning all over the place!

That track looks really fast, but I really don't like that wall at the 0:45 mark.

Not to mention, it looks like the dues went up: $7k up front versus the $2k for MSR? Egad!

Last I heard Houston didn't have the rediculous per-month charge.

the wall is supposed to be taken care of soon. luckily it shouldn't be a problem going the other direction. i wish i could afford a membership, but tires alone eat me alive.

Even so. $75 a month means it takes five and a half YEARS to make up the $5k difference.

Assuming a mere 5% a year growth, that $5k will last 6.5 years.
8% a year lasts almost 7.5 years.
10% a year, the NYSE average since the beginning of time INCLUDING THE GREAT DEPRESSION, would last 8 years.

You'd better be in it for the long haul!

They were running lower price incentives to those who joined before the track opened. They had stated that once the track opened that the dues would go up to this. This is pretty expensive especially considering that you still pay monthly dues and daily dues on the days you run. Unless you are absolutely loaded with cash, it is probably not feasible for most. Nice track but I'll never run there for the above reason.
