I was test fitting the fuel lines and mounting the FPR.

The wiring harness tape is melted here and there from the last small fire.

Taping it up today.

That's because you didn't have anything to do with it.
It would have been different other wise.

^^^ Almost there. Need to figure out why my parking lights and windshield wipers have stopped working over the last year the car has been parked before I can get it back on the road. Fuses are good. I suspect the cpu or switch.

I also have developed a lazy headlight motor now. Sometimes it works... most of the time the car just winks with one headlight.

I suspected the car was running a little rich so I held a propane torch to the exhaust while the car was idling. I was a little close to the muffler and the resulting fireball almost set the bumper on fire and singed the hair on my arm. Yep. A little rich.

Got his tune closer in the idle range, now it is much happier. Still need to get a wideband on it so i can clean it up more.

^^^ Mine isn't run like that. Mine is run in series similar to the stock system - that pic is a parallel system. No mystery to FPR install. Basically it is just important that the FPR is the last stop for the fuel before it is returned to the tank.

I got the kit from KG Parts but I had to get an extra AN elbows to mount the FPR where I have it - its an Aeromotive FPR. I also opted to add a FJO injector driver to run the secondaries. don't have any pictures of the kit install but there are LOTS of pics on the forum showing KG Parts kits.
