The reason I was on the car is because of some wiring issues, the fuel injectors where not getting there 12V power to fire them off. So I was keeping the 12V hot wire on there so it would keep running

Auto to 5 speed swap, 9 hours if you have all the parts.

Just come to a Houston rx meeting and I will talk to you about it, I also do engine work.

^^^

I didn't get to do an Insane Burnout down the street.

Reason 1: Couldn't get into boost because the intercooler piping was off

Reason 2: No lights on the car and it was really dark. There are a few electrical issues to say the least. The car went for a swim and was completely submerged in salt water - go figure. Found lots of seaweed and sand on top of the fuel tank when I pulled it.

Reason 3: OH YEAH! Chuck was sitting in the engine bay holding power to the injectors. The second I tried to get squirley - he would have pulled the plug and shut my *** down.

NEXT TIME.

^^^ You know, if you painted over the ricer-ific carbon fiber stuff - they aren't all that bad looking for $200. However, you still need lights - those are just the buckets.

^^^ Sweet. The door handle is pretty east to change out. Just pop the plastic piece out on the inside of the door and all will become clear to you.

I wasn't digging the headlights - because they were kind of ricer and you still have to buy the actual lights to go in them.

Changing out the door switches is easy enough. The motors are a little more difficult.
