If you no where his shop is then why not tell everone so we CAN go face to face and talk to him in a normal type of manner.

All this fighting bacj and forth will do nothing to solve the problems.

I personaly have not had to deal with him, but i sure dont want to after hearing all this stuff about him.

WTF. I only owed Gabriel $500 and that was to be given to him upon completion of the car.

Guess what retard? THE CAR WAS NEVER FINISHED!

Why the hell would I give Gabriel $2,100 to rebuild the ******* motor and hold out on giving him another $500. $500 ******* dollars. I make that money in my sleep and didn't have any problem giving him any other money that he needed. Hell, I dumped all sorts of money into parts he said were needed.

Even then, why the **** would I give him $500 when:

1) My turbo timer went missing.
2) There was a big ******* dent on my car.
3) My brand new rims were scratched to ****.
4) Drivers side window was smashed open and the seat ribbed out. Tearing up the interior to ****.
5) The guage cluster among other things inexplically being ripped out.

Should I go on? So I'm out $2,100+parts and an FD over $500?

Oh and somehow I was all about the bullshit? EVERY single weekend he would promise me **** would get done. It took about a year to even get the ******* motor in the car. The car just sat there and was allowed to get broken into, dented up, well see the pics for yourself. I remember I drove all the way from Huntsville because he said he'd have the motor in the car. To my suprise (ha!) when I get there he's sitting on his *** doing diddly ****. AND THE CAR WAS STILL IN THE CONDITION IT WAS IN THREE WEEKS PRIOR WHEN HE MADE THAT PROMISE. This was one of MANY times he would promise me something when absolutely nothing on the car was done. I basically gave him money and parts so he could RUIN my car. Read the thread.

I'll never take the pic down or giving my two cents about Gabriel Gonzales
to whoever asks for it. He's a crook plain and simple. If you haven't been screwed by him, Rotaryspec, you will be. I hope you cut ties with him now before you become another victim.

While not a lawyer and never want to be I am an IT guy at a major US law firm and have several friends that are lawyers. I showed this to one of them who some times deals with civil suits such as this. And well you basically have no leg to stand on with out a reciept. You can take him to small claims court but the only thing you may beable to prove is the cashiers check. I hope by now you have gotten your car back, and everything resolved. Hopefully you learned some valuable lessons. Just chock it up to experience and move on.

I browse the Rx7 club forums every once in a while, because I am a die hard rx7 fan. I drive a 93 VTEC lude. I felt sick after reading the first few pages. I would put this mother ****** in a plastic bag. He reminds me of this guy named Chaz, that said he could build race engines around where I live. Anyways end of that story was a few guys went to his house, broke into his house, stole his car keys ( 2000 Vette by the way ) , aimed the Vette directly at his little beat down shop about 1/8 mile away. Put a brick on the pedal, then lit a rag full of gas on fire in the tank. Vette doing 70ish into crappy sheet metal building = No more building and then the vette exploded. If I knew this Gonzalez guy, I would have wrought out the most painfull torture ever. Im a little sick, so excuse me. :-)

And Infact Gabe Ended Up Screwing Julian Up Also real Bad But Thats Another Topic That We Wont Discuss...in My Opinion That Guy Is Full Of **** And I Belive That U Dont **** With A Mans Car What So Ever..

I will always be messing with rotaries , especially in college LOLOL and here are a few pictures of my babies.. the first one of coarse is my 85 rx7 that i just recently bought for 400 bucks, and the white turbo II i bought it for 200 bucks about a yr ago and i have given it a total transformation and there is a b4 picture and while im at it i would like to say thanx to Bigdv519 for hooking me up with parts at a real cheap price that i can afford lol.... and last but not least my 95r2 that i got when i came back from my tour.... and rotaryspec IM A REAL MARINE so come get some!!!!!!!!!! lol but hey everyone i hope u guys enjoy the pics

well my first gen is about to become a turbo first gen.. but im not sure if i should be a fuel injected or carburator?but back to the main topic.. i hope that GB or ect does not screw anyone over. i say study the motor and buy urself a blown block and open it , look at it and try to rebuild it. so u guys take care an il be seeing u guys on the road

for the record.i know who rotaryspec is,but hes spineless so everyone can sleep tight knowing he's all talk,LOL.when i used to go over gabes shop,that **** would never shut tha **** up and was always getting made fun of and ****(one time i think i made him leave in tears).4 months ago said he doesnt talk to gabe anymore ,then gets on here and runs his ******* mouth.defending him and talking **** about stuff that was b4 his time.he called me 2 weeks ago sayin how gabe built his motor and its so awsome,and how gabe has some work for me(*****-BUNCHA-DAT-SHEEEIITT)its really quite funny cuz EVERYTHING the guy has ever said has been a lie since ive know him(2yrs),literally everything.but at the same time its sad that he's attatched himself to a lowlife trying to be big time.every car that gabes layed hands on cant even out run a herd of cripple turtles.what a bunch of lame asses....
