Thats a bummer, I was supposed to go to bliss, and then I got a diff set of orders. I saw on the thread that a bunch of you were going to bliss. Anyway I hope that i see some sevens soon!

are any of you guys still here in the killeen area? i have a fc that i been trying to get going for a few months. having a issue with the omp, and ecu, i think. well thats what i have traced it to. just found some parts at a salvage hopefully it will fix the issue.

 

make sure you connect the ground wire for the ecu, ask Pratt about that one LOL

 

Well sorry to have bad news but I no longer own a rotary anymore.

Sold off the RX7 and the RX8 got traded in for a new car.

 

what!!! well you still part of the gang brother no worries.....

 

I will need the engine rebuilt on the FD when I get back so I might be making a trip to El Paso in April/May. Otherwise there really isn't a whole lot of RX7 action left in the Killeen area. I am just biding my time until I can drive mine again.

Yeah, the rotary population is basically dead at the meet area @ heights.

I can see myself getting an RX7 again in the future, just not anytime soon.

Hello, I'm new to the forum but being in Killeen on and off for about 7 yrs. There are a lot of projects in here but all individuals. I know about an RX3 3/4 semiperiferal, a convertable T2 and a Samurai 13B. Trying to get some rotor heads together. My project is a T2 with all the toys almost done. Look forward to meet some of you guys

I've been here at Hood since Dec '10. Have a 93 FD build im working on in harker heights. I drive my 98 240sx the majority of the time though. Just got back from deployment, guess I'll try to find some local meets sometime.

 

For the most part every one in the car scene gets together at Khols in Killlen, the only problems is that there is everything but RX7s!!!. We took my friends 85 GSL SE tonite, hopefully my Turbo II be ready soon.

been in killeen since '02. i remember when everyone used to meet up at the self car wash on rancier... i have a 93, and i plan on adding to the rx7-everything else ratio after deployment. btw im brett, everyone calls me nappy. nice to meet you all.
