why am i having boost creep???

Im set at 10lbs with a t-78. i dont have a boost controller either. I just went and changed my plugs and took the car out for a spin and I noticed that i was boosting around 11-12 psi. Its not that Im worried about the 11-12 psi , Im worried about 15 psi and spiking to 17. What's my problem?? Its about 45 degrees out side, i dont know if that would have anything to do with it. Im also using the greddy wastegate if that helps.

2nd problem
When Im in higher rpms in 3rd, 4th gear, it feels like im getting "pre-detonation". I thought it was my plugs but guess not. Its not a studder Like when plugs are filed it feels like a lost in power thats cutting in and out.. I can smell gas so my inj might have a leak. any suggestions??

I don't know about the boost creep, but it sounds like the engine is misfiring at high RPM. Consider ignition upgrades and/or getting the A/F ratio correct (tuning) to combat the misfires. It will miss if the ignition is weak or you are running too rich.

i would install the ignition but I not good with wires. I have 2 msd 6a amps with 2 blaster 2 coils, I also have 2 jacobs for sale. So its not a "lean" problem??? the car does run rich and its burning oil (thanks to hayes rotary). Will cold weather cuase me to have boost creep??
