anyone used a "precision" turbo?

it has a t-4 flange, a .70 a/r on intake, .58 a/r on the exhaust? Its a 4.5 inch intake inlet and a 3in exhaust? Its brand new for 650$ my price? Would this be a good turbo for a single setup on my 93? Thanks to all!!

.58 exhaust is TINY!!!!!! that must have been for a small 4 cyl engine..... $650 is cheap but i think the exhaust housing is way too small...

i am going to get pictures and post them. I went by there this evening and it's a pretty big turbo. Its a .68 a/r on exhaust and .70 a/r on the intake. This guy is a moron though or maybe i am but he claims a .68 on a t-4 isn't the same as a .68 on a t-3/t-4?? Its supposed to be bigger? I am not a turbo guru but that sounds like BS to me. It was for a turbo prelude but it wouldn't work due to its size, also the exhaust flange looks like the type hks uses where you have to use the clamp? I think its a waste of time but i didn't want to pass it up if it was useable. Ya know?

The clamp your talking about is a V-band right? I'd also question the 4.5" intake....that's huge! The a/r is way off.....but all you'd have to do is sell that one and buy the new one. Or you could call them up and ask if they would take it in as a trade.

Precision makes great turbos! But i would be inclined to call them up with the specs (a/r,wheel,etc...) and see if it's even the right set up for the RX7. If this guy has anyone on the inside it might be custom built to match the Preludes set up.
