Where to purchase Greddy turbo kit gaskets?
Anyone stock or have quick access to GReddy single turbo kit gaskets? Specifically looking for the manifold to turbine inlet and the turbine discharge to downpipe gaskets. Manifold to turbine gaskets are standard T4 and I'm using generic metal gaskets (two of them) but they just don't seal well. The GReddy products are thicker. I've ordered through a local shop but it's been a month. Getting tired of hearing the exhaust leaks....any help appreciated.

I got my T4 gaskit from a local ford dealer. It's been on the car for over 2,000 miles now and not a hint of a leak from it. I told the parts guy it was for a '99 powerstroke diesel.

Thanks for the head's up. How thick is it? It's not a thin piece of metal with a ridge is it? The GReddy's seem to be a copper composite and is about 1/8" thick or so.

michel, harrison was using the gasket from ford on his turbo kit...carlos said that it was leaking and so he ordered a hks one instead. of course the one harrison got was a divided gasket and i am not sure if your manifold is divided or not.

It has the "divide" on the flange but it's really an undivided manifold. The turbine housing is devided. Every time I try to order a gasket it ends up taking a gazillion years.

I think it was like 7 bucks and they had to get it from a warehouse. Took about five days. It's a divided gasket.
One thing you might try looking at is your manifold, is it warped causing the blown out gasket?

It's a fairly small leak between the turbine and manifold. The flange could be slightly skewed or something...but I'm using a non-metal gasket for the downpipe. I got tired of waiting so I went to the local auto parts store and purchased a sheet of "make your own gasket" stuff made by Mr. Gasket. Supposedly many of the piston folks use it for custom header gaskets so I figured it would hold up well enough until I was able to get my hands on a GReddy gasket. It's not nearly as "solid" as I would like and I'm worried it'll burn out eventually. To date it looks fine but I'd rather have something in there I know I can trust. :-)
