what type of ignition is everyone running for single?

what type of ignition is everyone running for single?
Just curious as to what ignition system everyone is running for their single turbo set ups. Since my car misfired on the dyno after only 10 psi, I want to know what type of plugs/wires/ and ignition amps people are running for upwards of 17psi of boost
