wastegate vacuum ports
wastegate vacuum ports
So I bought a Kinugawa wastegate for my bnr turbo that will be coming soon, thanks to rotaryevolution's recommendation. Don't worry, I won't be blaming you if I'm dissatisfied.
The wastegate comes with a vacuum nipple on the lower section of the wastegate actuator, much like the option that comes on external wastegates. I know the boost controllers have an option of being used with just the top vacuum supply, or both. Are there any advantages to running the bottom nipple? If I don't run the bottom vacuum, shouldn't I have a little filter vent for it?
