haha i think we have a very similar build in common

you should make a build thread so i can see this monster

i mean, im using twin tial 44mm wastegates, and a tial 50mm bov along with the turbos anti-surge is plenty.

that should be plently to control that setup.

Would dual 38mm wastegates and dual 38mm blow offs work? I can find 38mm wastegates all day for $100 or less. This car was intended to be a street car but I guess, it has spun out of control.

i tried one of the ebay special(60mm) on a customer's car. it worked fine until exhaust gas started to go through the valve stem and burnt out the diaphram. i replaced it with a different wastegate(jgst). my cousin also has one of the 60mm on his car, his car is a daily driver so i'm gonna see how long it lasts. for a race application it might last we'll also see.

is it really worth it? consider how much money you have invested in the entire setup. do you want to risk destroying it all just to save a few hundred?

Same story with my friend's Civic hatch, it was an XS power wastegate. Lasted about 10k miles pretty much babied most of the time. Gave away on a dyno run.
