After I broke it loose it came out with my hands....No pressure on it at all!!!

guess my theroy on a retarted monkey being able to install/ tune a profec b is out the window..

The Profec B was hooked up wrong! Actually the instuctions from Greddy were not too clear on how to hook it up to Single turbo
YEha I get 10 psi but at the upper RPMs it creeps to 14

From the pic in your other post, it looks like you have the same wastegate as me. The top screw does nothing in ours other than plug a hole. In one of their wastegates that screw adjusts the tension on the spring. Plug it.
You can make it adjustable by making a flat disk from 3mm Aluminium plate and making it round on a linishing machine then putting it in the top of the WG After you do this buy a long Alen head bolt and one nut and washer to lock it after you have screwed it down.
I did this to mine and find it far more accurate than a boost controler and totaly reliable.
