turbo sizes?

hey guys i'm lokking through the hks website at there gt series bb turbos. i'm having a tuff time figuring out a good settup but i was looking at the gt2835r. does anyone know much about how this turbo performs?
i guess the bottom line is that i would like to get 400 - 420 rwhp on the stock ports with the quickest spool up possible. i know it depends on the tuning but you've at least got to start with the right turbo. thanks for the help.

You'll need two of them for your 13B.

A T04R would give you those numbers on stock ports or a T51R-KAI

If you want HKS then T04Z is the turbo for you. I would go with the same amount of money for an Apexi AX75F82. If you want something cheaper you may go with garret GT series like a GT40 or a GT35/40
