turbo size?

I'm having pineapple build my j-spec TII motor, is a 62-1 with a p trim and 1.15 A\R the4 best way to go? or 60-1 with a bigger Q trim and the same A\R? I'm looking for something that is going to give me 375- 400 whp and spool before redline.

I posted about the greddy TD06 SH 20G but know one seams to have one?
