turbo gasket measurement favor

can some one with the following turbo flang sizes please measure them and post results here.

T3 Inlet Gasket = measure height and width
T04 Inlet Gasket = measure height and width
T25/GT25 Inlet Gasket = measure height and width

ANY 3 bolt exhaust gasket = measure the hole diameter and label what turbo its for (hks, apexi, t04, whatever)

This will help us all know what gaskets we can interchange between turbo setups.

ok I knew having all these turbos sitting around was good for something...
T25 h 1.5 w 2
T3 H 2 w just under 2.5
t4 h just under 2 w just under 3.
When I say just under its about a millimeter less.

I'm a little confused with your 3 bolt exhaust gasket statement...I am pretty sure any 3 bolt is for a t3 outlet. T4s have 4 equally spaced around the circle and T25s have 4 bolts like with the nissan 300zx turbos or 5 with the skylines.

ok, i didint know that, that helps, the thing is that i have seen 3 different '3-bolt' size gaskets, like in this picture there are 3 sizes there:

...and im trying to ofigure out what size of three bolts the apexi uses, et, et.

Those 3 bolt gaskets are common on the T3 discharge flange.

Saab Garrett T3:

Garrett T25 from a JDM Silvia:

The T25 turbos in the 1st and 2nd gen DSM cars are Garrett CHRA's with custom housings. The "true" Garrett turbine flange is rectangular as pictured above. The turbine inlet flange looks like a scaled down T3 flange.

The T4 flange is the biggest and most square one (also rectangular).

The round ones are usually for discharge flanges. The T3 Garrett turbos that do not come with an external wastegate use a round gasket:

Almost every Garrett T4 discharge flange uses a "v-band" style discharge flange:

That is a badass setup because it seals nice, but allows the downpipe to move a little. If there is no flex in your downpipe, it will often break at the flange joint. This is a problem more for FWD setups. The V-band also makes disconnecting the downpipe very easy.

hmm, ok, i just measured my apexi gasket (inlet) and its about 2 1/4 inches by 3 3/4 inches?

that is much bigger than any of your measurments, what exactly are you measuring, the inside hole or the edge to edge?

update:

There were some guesses that the apexi was a t25 or t3 flange.
I purchased a t25/gt25 and a t3 gasket, the t3 isnt even close and the t25 is too wide and too short and the bolt holes do not match up.

The apexi inlet is not a t25 flange from what I see comparing gaskets.

If you click the gasket it will tell you what turbo models it fits.
