I have a T4 turbo. believe it is a To4B , 81 P trim. I think it's a 55 wheel. I want to sell it. How much do you think it is worth and what kind of horsepower is it good for, I figured about 300-325 between 12 and 15psi on a S4-S5 block?

 

i have a t04b vtrim and a 1.15 a/r turbine housing and i made 360whp/305wtq @15psi

a .81 is considerably smaller though, but it should be close to 350whp at the same boost on a ported motor.

I have almost the exact same turbo, it's just a Garret and it may have a .96 housing, I still have to look closely. When I get a new wastegate I'll let you know how much power I make on pump gas.

I meant $250 for that turbo would be a good deal for someone. YOu can buy a Borg Warner T04B for 300 or so new.
If you just need the exhaust housing, go to ebay! There are all sizes available in T3 or T4 starting at $100 bucks new.

 

Garret Makes some AirResearch turbo's if I am not mistaken. My AirResearch has Garret Stamped on the rear of the compressor :shrug:
