this turbo will make a little more power than the stage 4 and with custom DP and the tried and true hks manifold it works out to be the same price.
there is alot of support mods that have to be done either way, but the full to4 is the way to for for big power.

Agreed with Evil and for a small narrative on this topic:
I will assume from your question and the fact that you only have 4 posts that you are relatively new to Rx7's and modifying them. If this is correct please read and consider the following.
There are *many* turbos which *can* be made to fit on an Rx7 or any car for that matter. Which turbo is right for you depends on what you want to do with the car, what your budget is, and how much of the work you plan to/want to/ or capable of doing yourself.
The BNR stage 4 is a bolt in turbo. It is a hybrid and will fit the factory exahust, water lines, oil lines etc. This means it uses the factory turbine section/manifold mated to an upgraded "T4" compressor section. The T04 B is a "full" T04 turbo, meaning it has a T4 turbine with a T4 compressor. If you go to a full T4 turbo you will need a new manifold, custom oil and water lines, custom exhaust DP mated to your catback and then custom piping from the turbo outlet to the intercooler... the intercooler piping will need to be modified even for a hybrid.
In any case, once you upgrade the turbo to anything. You will need to address fuel (bigger pump and at a minimum bigger secondaries with some sort of fuel controller. And if you are running higher boost pressure you should really get an FMIC. All of this stuff adds up.
Just be aware that you simply cannot add a bigger turbo with nothing else and expect to get longevity out of the engine. Sure you can get a turbo, and an FCD and nothing else, but your engine will likely blow the first time you turn up the boost.
research and read this forum to make sure you make the right decisions. Searching is your friend since many questions have been asked before. if you can't find it in a search, then don't be affraid to ask. We've all be there before.
