T51

Hey everyone, I was just wondering what makes the T51 have such a different sound than other turbo's. is it just the compressor fin design?

Pretty sure it's just due to the ported shroud design.

Funny you say that, Garrett has two compressor maps for their GT35R, one with a ported shroud, one without. Guess which one has a higher top flow, and a more efficient map all around?
