First, a Groundzero LIM that has been cerama-chromed. It looks sooo much better than the stocker, and my rotors are pretty excited about the equal length runners (esp my rear rotor, lol).

Next is my custom 4 inch exhaust that I had fabbed up. I'm really happy with the craftsmanship, I am a bit apprehensive that you'll be able to hear it in the next county. I can shove my arm all the way in the muffler section up to my shoulder

The 500r turbo and downpipe. I had the dp, mani and turbine housing ceramic coated. It's a 1.0 hotside, wg plumbed back into the 4 inch dp. You can also see the egt bung and pair of o2 bungs welded on the dp.

The long runner manifold. I went with this over the short runner to maximize performance, but it also forced me to deep six my m2 large smic. V mounts aren't available at a decent price anymore, so it looks like a fmic may be in my future.

Rich,
On the IC situation, you might contact Atihun. He makes replicas of the CWR intercooler duct. That IC lays forward quite a bit more than the M2, and should make piping it easier.
You'd have to source your own IC core/tanks, but that would be easy. Sean could get one for you... it's basically the same size as the M2 large, only with the inlets centered on the endtanks.
Check out Crispy's site for a good look:

w that exhaust you are going to get to know lots of guys in blue uniforms on a very personal basis. be sure and escrow some cash as they charge for the visit.
that's going to be reeeeellly loud. your exhaust reminds me of something a nameless enginebuilder once told me about bridgeports.... by the time you put enough exhaust on them to stay out of the pokey you have lost their advantage.
where's the methanol?

looking through those pages and seeing the nighmare crispy had to deal with b/c of stock twins, a/c, airpump, ast, etc makes me *extremely* happy that I got rid of all that stuff.

well, i currently am running a 3 inch dp/mp/bored out muffler with 3.5 inch piping catback, so my FD is pretty damn loud as-is. I'll see how bearable it is and adjust from there.
The methanol is a future project, after my bank account stops smoking .
Another problem on the horizon for me is tuning. Not too many viable options in this part of the country unfortunately.

Bear in mind, that's Crispy. "attention to detail" is his middle name.
You've already relocated the battery, and have no A/C, and no intake box, so all you'd need to do is futz w/ the radiator location a bit, trim some plastic, and maybe/maybe not relo the fuse box.
If I decide to punk out on my v-mount design, this will be the way I'll go.

The smell of new parts!
That's definitely going to be a nice setup, and a bit less messy under the hood. You will probably need to check for cat's sleeping in the tailpipe before you start the car.
Let me know if you want one of the ducts; we can make them from fiberglass. It turns out black and is much cheaper as the price of the CF has gone up from what is listed.
