I would go with a good boost and water temp gauge. I wouldn't even bother with a cheap A/F gauge.

As far as brand names go I've only actually used the Autometer boost gague and so far it has worked fine for me, but others will have other negative things to say about Autometer. For water temp gauges I went with a digital water temp gauge...it is hard to read in the day sometimes (glare) but I like it. BTW, I've heard that DEFI make good gauges too.

its intercooled so im not really worried about water temp. cause all the cold air will keep that down too. Does anyone know of a good a/f gauge?

Just because its intercooled doesn't mean you don't have to watch the water temps. If the car runs absolutely perfect you wouldn't have to get any gauge besides a good boost gauge. Problem is, when the car doesn't run perfect. I went with Greddy because they aren't too expensive and are quality gauges. Also, their A/F gauge is the only one besides a wideband that isn't just a light show.

Faze is most likely worse than autometer, by a long shot. I'm not sure who makes them, but they're targeting ricers, not enthusists.... thats enough to make me worry. They're all about neon lights and flashy looks.

they sell them at autozone...in the ricer section. thats good enough reason for me not to buy them.

I have the Defi Water and EGT gaue and they are very nice. Aside from the high quality, they have amber lighting to "match" the FD's interior illumination.

BTW, I have an extra Defi EGT gauge for sale if you're interested.
