The max a 35R will flow is 60-62 lbs/min. Equates to roughly 400-450 whp, and that's at over 20psi.

Well I am sorry to differ on those statements. I know that the theoretical max flow of the GT35R is 60 to 62 lbs/min but for some reason some people have been able to break the 500 whp barrier with GT35R's. Maybe it has to do with the fact that they are using a Dynojet for the measuring and that is not as "correct" as a mustang dyno or dyno dynamics? Maybe the fact of using of Water/meth Injection and the extreme cooling that you can get aids to add enough whp and throw off the calculation?
I have a couple links of people that have got high enough whp that if they went to 20 or 22 psi they would have reached the 50 whp mark. And that was a fast check I just did because I have seen many others including someone that made 550whp ( Idont know maybe he had a peripheral porting or some, it was a race car ) but I dont know where the links are.

As for the intercooler, yes for sure I am using one, they took it out to try and see if it was deffective or something.
And the tuning, actually I do want the very rough idle, I dont want it to be smooth and thats were it is. I originally wanted a half-bridge porting job but they convinced me to go large streetport and that they could replicate the rough idle of the half -bridge that they didnt.

Look at where they're pulling the RPM to. And yes, going on a dynojet makes a big difference. Also, I suspect a lot of these pulls have conditions which they forget to mention.
