Did a fluid change yesterday.

Idemitsu rotary oil, and tranny/diff fluid. I cant say i can really feel a difference, but atleast i know there is fresh fluid in there.

Got everything from Bryan at Rotorsports, he keeps it all in stock so that was a plus. The change was pretty easy, but i did have access to a lift and a very nice pump to get the fluid in.

Hopefully soon i can get one of their dual oil cooler kits. Very nice piece, he picked up a set of the custom made lines from Goodridge. Very nice pre-fabbed lines with all the fittings and the thermostat.

Those numbers seem way low for that setup? Sure you dont have a boost leak somewhere or other issues going on?

I kinda thought my numbers were a little low also. Catch22 just dynoed his car a few days before and did 522@18psi.
Almost the exact same setup. I will check for boost leaks soon. But i was thinking that my tune is really conservative! It stays in the 10's and dips in the 9's around 7k rpm. Also I was thinking it could be my rear housing. I have a custom .80 rear housing and my exhaust wheel is 83mm. Not sure if that has anything to do with it, but I was expecting higher numbers.

Also........."you guys don't laugh and poke fun at me".... but I'm on straight pump gas, no AI. I never run it at 19 on the street, I stay at wastegate spring, 1 bar. I will try to check for leaks and any other issues.

on your wastegate there's a metal seal that inserts into the manifold side, did you forget that? My friend with an s2000 did this and it resulted in horrible spool time and lower power. Its essentially a massive pre-turbo exhaust leak.

Yes, I agree that the power is down on that setup... Do a compression test and pressure test the intake system.

Can you post the dyno sheet?
Interested to see the boost curve with the bigger wheel & housing.

I didnt want to start another thread, but had a few updates on the car.

I finally hit the 500hp mark. I did 514hp/388ft-lbs at 23psi. Thats on 100 octane..

I wasnt happy there so decided to turn it up. I went back to the dyno a few months later with my aquamist hsf3 installed and was running 93 pump and boost juice in the meth tank. Car made 540hp/410ft-lbs @ 27psi. Ok ok, im waiting on all the replies of "thats weak, and thats no power" lol. Broke the electrode off on the inside of the plug. I had denso iridium ire01-27, and ire01-31. When they broke i put a set of bur9eqp in and at the same boost level (27) the car only made 488.

Well the history behind my madness is the car doesnt have a high boost tune on it. I just keep turning it up. lol. I was running 25psi and 100 octane for about a year now. Motor only has a streetport and ALS seals in it. And catch-22 can vouch for how much i beat on my car. I finally broke my tranny running that kinda boost on the street. Im going for a 600hp dyno sheet, soon as my new tranny gets here and the race plugs arrive as well.

I have pics i need to post up and will very soon.
