is the s4 turbo a t18??? if it is....is the oil return flange the same from a gt18? i am useing a s4 for a 12a project. want a return line setup from stainless. basically all i need to know is can i use gt18 parts or where i can get flanges for the s4 turbo

No, the turbo is a Hitachi HT-18.
The center housing is based on the Garrett T3 / T4.
You should be able to use any Garrett T3 / T4 parts.
