I'm looking to put a gt35r on my fd, i've got this manifold(t3):

Now I'm wondering which A/r would be the best for fast spool and decent power up top. This would be used on a stock port engine.

 

for the T3, the most common is the 1.06 A/R turbine houising on a rotary. You could go one step smaller but you'd be hurting top end and creating more backpressure.

 

1.06 is the housing to use. if you can port it to match the manifold that will help as well.
