Having fitment issues with my hoses..............

The inlet side of my waterpump, could I run that hose to the top of my radiator instead of running it to the bottom of the radiator ? I figure, my only problem will rise if I run the radiator low and it drops below that AN fitting.

You need some Head pressure to insure the pump doesn't cavitate. I would mount your pump below mid-point on your radiator. Ideally low as possible.

I'm looking into either a stewart's or Davies Craig EWPs myself. The flowrate on the CSR may be too low for our motors.

This setup is mounted at the top of the radiator, and pulls heat from the bottom up. Not like the conventional top top to bottom.

Interesting, seems counter intuitive to me, but power to you if it works.

 

Decided to remount the radiator so I can run everything "normal". I had toss the bracket I made, return all my hoses and an fittings and start over again. The bottom of the radiator will be sitting closer to the engine and the top of the radiator will be laying back. This will give me room since the turbo is mounted in front of the engine.

 

Just a FYI, ran the car yesterday for an hour. With the car sitting in the garage and the waterpump running. The coolant temps were a steady 110F the entire time. The fan never kicked on.
