Last dyno: 424.4rwhp || ~320ft/lbs torque at 7,600rpm at 15psig of boost on pump gas Engine (long block): - Hand-ported custom extend port on both primary and secondary port outlets - Enlargened port tunnels on both primary and secondary intake ports - Intake manifold port-matched - Exhaust ports hand-ported and polished - Rotors polished to mirror finish, modified to accept 3mm apex seals - Use of FD3S seals, factory 3mm 2-piece steel apex seals - Hayes inner water jacket o-rings - Small modifications done to several other areas - Removal of OMP and use of 2-stroke premix - Turbocharger: 60-1 HIFI 0.60 A/R cover, dry CHRA, P-Trim 0.96 A/R undivided, tangential turbine - Ported and polished throttle body, stock inlet adaptor matched to throttle body plus ported and re-shaped - Removal of all factory emissions equipment - FD3S Alternator - Custom, top-mounted air to water intercooler w/ separate tank and pump EFI: - Haltech E6K self-installed 2 1/2 yrs ago and tuned by both HITman and myself - (4) 720cc/min fuel injectors - Malpassi FPR set at 55psig static rail pressure - MK3 Toyota Supra NipponDenso factory fuel pump - "Faux-pas" stainless-steel braided fuel line (that Spectre stuff you buy out of SummitRacing :) ) Exhaust: - Single 3" downpipe, V-Banded to turbine housing, with no pre-silencer or catalytic convertor (bolted up test pipe), running to a single 3" x 3" x 18" Dynomax UltraFLO SS muffler w/ 4" cannonball shooter Too many other modifications to list. http://bdc.genxracing.com |

I was told that it can put out 350ps. Now start from low boost and rich micture to work out an optimum boost setting and fuel map. Comment: TD06 spool up slowly. Don't get one unless you have a good electronic boost controller! |
