which one

i wanna get atleast 300-350rwhp and all i wanna know is which turbo would do it with ease, bnr turbo stage 2 or 3?

Those are twins not single but either will get you those numbers pretty easily provided you have all the supporting stuff.

the bnr 89-91 turbo stage 2 or 3 upgrades are twins? or are they single turbos?

I think that you should go with the stage 3.You will also have to upgrade your fuel system with this turbo and the power your trying to get out of your car.

do you think some 720cc and 1300cc would do it? or can i go 720cc all around?

720cc all around will limit you to around 350hp (~310-320rwhp)

wat else would i need, like a waste gate, exhaust manifold, and wat type of manifold would i need if i go with the stage 3?

You dont need to change your exhaust manifold just fuel and a piggy back will do it.

E-manage is fine, but if you have the ability to get a stand-alone, get one instead.

Yes, if you dont plan to do anything else with your car the e-manage is just fine.
