Oil restrictor pill placement

For the turbo...should it be placed on the adapter coming from the block, or right before the turbo?

I'd say the adapter coming from the block......why put that pressure in the line when you dont need it. More than likely you have a stainless steel line.....but why put it under stress if you dont have to.
