OIl metering pump
Please answer ,I already posted this thead on Rotary performance and it seems that nobody can answer me ,or that everyone stays on this forum,I would really like an answer. I also posted another on the HALTECH forum about the injector Phase map and got no reply, there must be some one wih some answers.
as far as premixing goes with a elec omp your pretty much screwed...
theres a guy im talkin to that makes conversion plates so u can run 2 stroke premiv into the omp system and suposidly he is fabing one that will allow u to runa mechanical omp in the place of the eclctric one...this will be a blessing for all us haltec people..

There are soo many wires on the damn electric pump that I cant figure it (I installed my E6K muself0 , I want to know if any one else has and what's the injector phase map about? ,you can refer to Rotary performance and the Haltech Forum.
I don't see why you got to be such a ****, I was responding to Bacon's response about someone doing the same thing, it's not hard to do and would solve your problem. Me helping you go mechanical was a option if you wanted it, now it's not.

I remember there was an issue before about running the haltech controlling the electrical oil metering pump. So a search on the forum and you can find it. I think the solution was block off plates and premixing
I am quite sorry ? for being a **** as you put it but , I am not interested in going mechanical ,if I were I know how to do it, I have all the necessary parts and can even do it myself because I even build my own engines, hence the question about the ELECTRIC PUMP HOOKUP,so if you can't answer what is asked stay off my FOCKIN' thread

Hey Marcel!
Have you ever check the cost for a new OMP? Those things happen to fail a lot and that's why Mazda's ECU have a limp home mode feture to limit power etc. so that you don't run the motor dry and ruin it, something which the Haltech can't do.
Are you using 2 or 3mm Apex seals?

3mm tend to wear rotor housing more..more lubrication will help fight against this

Hurley lube sytem
Talking of OMP, what do people think of the Hurley sytem of metering oil from the rotor chambers via jets to the backs of the tip seal slots? A pal who has built many succesful N/A rotary engines had a customer insist on this mod and despite double checking all claerances, jet sizes et caetera it continued to use a sumpful of oil during every 25 lap race... He went pre mix in the end and with same internals and claearncing never had any lube problems.. Sounds a good idea, but the reality???
