Hey is this a race only car? If not, make sure to dump plenty of $ into fuel and ignition mods before going into the land of the dead rotor. Also when you want to make this 500+ hp what kind of porting will have been done to the motor?

There are way more things invovled than just 500rwhp to get to mid 10's but it helps Is this car more for street or strip? Is it ported? what type of fuel system do you have? There are alot of options, just try and be a little more specific.

I won't be porting now.....I figure during the tuning we "might" blow the motor and if we do then we will port it?!?!?! Is that correct? What kind of fuel system do you guys recommend?

fuel pump (bosch, walbro,denso etc)
injectors (bored 850,1300 or 500 + 1600 with modified rail)
fuel pressure regulator (sx)

max cooper has a fuel requirement calculator, look around for it.

Just in case, Jedon is saying 850 primaries/1300 secondaries or 500 primaries/1600 secondaries. Why would you plan on blowing it up?, that doesn't sound to confidence inspiring to me. I do think you are going to have a hard time getting 500+rwhp on a nonported motor.
