You can buy the fittings just about anywhere.
Also, make sure you you have a restriction adapter in line if the turbo inlet doesn't have one. Dumping too much oil into the turbo can be a bad thing. When I got the KAI, the oil inlet line was so damn small.. it looked like a pinhole.. so the turbo was obviously oil starved. After I had it rebuild, I opened the hole up to the proper size. I also have a restriction pill in line so the turbo doesn't get too much oil.

I pieced together a single turbo kit and ordered the following parts for my oil feed line from BAT (see address at the top). I used a -12 setup for the return. It worked fine, but the clearance was pretty tight, so I suggest you go with -10 instead. I cut off the stock oil pan return fitting and slipped the return line over it. I believe A-spec and KGparts sell something comparable and a block off plate for the oil pan inlet that will no long be used.
