Do i need to remove the turbo to install the line?
do i first bolt the AN finings on the flanges and then the flanges to the engine and to the CHRA?

You may or you may not it will depend on what your clearances are as well as what tools you have at your disposal. Some cars here I can work things on, some cars I can't. It all depends on the setup. I find using allen head bolt with a ball end T-handle can go a long way in making things easier. But that's just me and what I'm used to working with.
