Run an additional support from the turbo housing somewhere to the engine block. Rather than let the manifold support all of the weight.

yeah that manifold is pretty junk. the tubing is way to thin. mine was glowing at idle.

Finally got it off, that was a bitch......................
The tubing seperated from the divider, looks like a bad weld. I've contacter SSAutochrome.com (the ebay seller) a few times and no response. Life time warranty my ***.....................
I guess I'm goig to see if I can get it welded and hopefully that will take care of the problem. I'm sure it will crack somewhere else, mine glows all the time after warmup. In the mean time I'll be looking for another manifold.

Bi-state customs uses the generic ebay manifold to start with. They then beef up all of the welds. I don't see how you could go wrong with that route, regardless of the welder. Just pay the $150 for the OBX, and spend another $150-200 getting it reenforced. You'd have a great manifold for MUCH cheaper than you could get one custom made, if you're plannig a DIY kit.

I personally had the Apexi RX6 manifold, which I had custome RE-built for a To4b, and it's great.
