need turbo sizing advice

i have a friend looking to buy a turbo for his FC street/strip car. the car is only gonna see limited street use and lots of track use. he's got haltech, fuel system and all of that covered. the motor is gonna be a big street port 91 TurboII motor. he's looking for 500hp and 10 sec times. he is prepared to run high boost needed for these hp #'s, the only question is what turbo has this ability with decent streetability. i know of 10 sec cars using anywhere from T66 to T76, which one will get him solidly in the 10's without making the car a pig on the street? RICE, CRISPEED? any suggestions? he's probably gonna buy from you Chris, so your input is greatly appreciated. can you guys recomend turbo type, and sizing? lastly, chris can you pm me with a price quote for whatever turbo you recomend and a manifold for an FC? thanx everybody

T66 with ceramic BB not cheap but should be very good for what he is looking for.
