i have a a/r i dont know what it is tho the front housing said a/r.70 and the back a/r.63 could it be a t3-t4?

 

 

A/R values are useless. They are values given per every family or turbo ( t25, t3, t4, t5 ,t6 etc). The only way to tell what you have is to take the compressor housing and turbine housing off and measure the major and minor diameters of the compressor and turbine wheels. And it must be a fairly accurate measurement (done with calipers or mic.), but just going from the pics, t3/t4 of some sort.
