My wastegate messed up on me (pics)

Yesterday, I was trying to tune my 12a turbo. she is still running lean. about 13~14 on the wideband. Enough to make the exhaust manifold glow. Anyways about 1/2 mile from home my exhaust just gets ungodly loud. Took me a secound, but my wastegate was stuck in the open position. No boost, nothing, but she wasnt running lean

Tonight was a beautiful night, went out to take the wastegate off. I dont even know how to explain what happen to the wastegate. pictures are worth a thousand words. Tomorrow, will call a couple turbo places and see if I can get a replacement piece.

I wonder if they make freeze plugs that big. I think I might be able to put a washer on the other side for a fix. Clean up the jagged metal and sandwich it between washers. What you guys think?

It's old, the kit that it came has SIGMA on the carb hat and exhaust manifold. I believe it that is the old name of BLITZ. The only thing I really know about it is it's not in production anymore.
